2/3/24update: Cottontail& Mopsy are brothers and can go home together as a bonded pair! We will happily offer $100 off if you are interested in adopting these boys together :)

Our bunnies are available on the first come first serve basis. If you would like to reserve a bunny we do require a deposit. Please be committed to the bunny you choose as deposits are non-refundable. The remaining total on your bunny(s) will be due day of pickup-no later.

Our bunnies are popular in demand because of the way we hand raise them and nurture them from the day they are born. All of our babies are handled daily. We start potty training as soon as they are out of the nest box so all of our babies come well on their way to being litter box trained.

Our babies will go home with the following:
A birth Certificate with the name you've chosen, along with a care package with transition bag of food, hay & a blanket.

SALES POLICY

• Please read & understand our entire policy before inquiring about or adopting our bunnies-thanks

• We really care about our bunnies. We want them to be happy in their new homes and we want you to be happy with your new pet. Please educate yourself and understand the needs of bunnies before welcoming one into your home. If we feel as though a person isn't capable of providing the proper care for our babies, we reserve the right to refuse a sale. We also reserve the right to ask any questions to ensure the proper care of our bunnies.

• To reserve a bunny, deposit is due. Do not place a deposit until you are approved to purchase a bunny from us. Once bunny(s) are at least 8weeks old and have been reserved; we give 5 days to come pick-up your bunny. We reserve the right to charge you an extra boarding fee or put your rabbit back as available if you haven't picked up your rabbit within the pickup period.

• No refunds will be given unless an ailment/death occurs while under our care. Be sure you are ready and committed to welcome your bunny into your family! You cannot switch reservations to a different bunny once you reserve so please be committed and sure of your decision before reserving. If you decide you do not want the rabbit anymore after placing a deposit, we CANNOT offer you a refund. Remaining balance on your bunny(s) is due no later than day of pickup.

• To the best of our knowledge, our animals are healthy at the time of sale. We make no health guarantees. After your rabbit(s) leave our care we are not held liable for any mis-gendering, physical harm, illness, accidents, death, or genetic issues of any kind. Please understand that these are live animals and there is always a risk when adopting live animals even when both parents are healthy with no known genetic issues to date.

• We are very experienced in being able to tell genders but we will not guarantee gender. We encourage everyone to inspect their new bunny before taking it home as we are not liable once the bunny leaves our care. There is also no guarantee on weight; Teddywidders average 2-4 pounds.

• Teddywidders are a wool breed and will not survive outdoors. For their health, safety & comfort, we highly recommend they be housed inside a climate-controlled room.

• Pet only policy. Legal action will be enforced if Bunnies are purchased to breed without our knowledge. If you want to buy a bunny from us and plan to breed the rabbit then you must make us aware; furthermore, you are required to purchase breeding rights at an additional cost(pedigree purchase is optional.) Backyard breeders will not be tolerated. Spaying and neutering is highly recommended for any rabbit purchased from us but not a requirement.

• Our rabbits are raised as house pets and we do not sell them as show or brood quality.

• We truly value our pets and if for any reason you can no longer care for your bunny, we will gladly take them back without a refund.

• We are always here to help- please reach out if you have any questions.

• Using photographs and documents from our website or social media is prohibited unless proper credit is given.
